Every time you dine-in from Social you are eligible for discounts and benefits based on your Tier level – Insider, VIP Member, VVIP Member and All Access.

Sign up now for free! Just visit your nearest SOCIAL outlet, scan and order via the QR code on the tables to get enrolled in the program and start earning coupon rewards instantly.

Just swing by your favourite neighbourhood SOCIAL, scan and place your order via the QR code on your table and voila - you will be part of the SOCIAL Club! Alternatively give your mobile number to the server when you order offline and get enrolled into the program.

There are 4 tiers in the Social Club.

  • Tier 1 - INSIDER
  • TIER 2- VIP MEMBER
  • TIER 3 - VVIP MEMBER
  • TIER 4 - ALL ACCESS

Once you reach ALL ACCESS tier, we don’t downgrade you. You get ALL ACCESS benefits for life. Isn’t that cool?

Visit your nearest Social and order using the QR code on the table to see all your rewards, choose the rewards you want to use while paying the bills.

As soon as you scan the QR while ordering you will be able to see your coupons based on the Tier you are in

There are no membership/renewal fee involved to join The Social Club. You will get auto enrolled to the program when you place your first order via the QR code.

You will automatically be transferred to the new tiers based on your spends and your number of visits.

Only ALL ACCESS tier has an exclusive card. These cards will be mailed to your respective address. Our team will get in touch with you once you progress to this tier.

All your rewards will be visible via the QR code when you place an order. But your physical card will help you get priority seats, access to workspace, rewards on your birthday, access to events and experiential rewards.

 

So we advise you to carry it whenever you are visiting SOCIAL.

You will receive coupon offers based on the tier you are in. Your spending and number of visits determine how you will move up the tiers.

You will be enrolled into the program as an INSIDER on your first visit, and get upgraded once the conditions on the defined brackets are fulfilled.

To redeem your coupons, visit your neighbourhood SOCIAL. Scan the QR code on your table, login with your mobile number and redeem your available coupons.

You cannot redeem multiple coupons on a single order. Only one coupon can be redeemed on a single order.

All coupon rewards are available only for the person who is placing the order via QR code and non transferable in nature.

As long as you’re Indian and above the age of 18, you can enroll in the program. Membership is non-transferable.

Your mobile number is the unique identification for your membership. All the rewards and tier benefits are mapped to your phone number. So we advise you to share your phone number while placing the order or you can share it to our server who can help you enroll in the program.

INSIDER is the entry level tier to the SOCIAL CLUB. You get enrolled into the program as a INSIDER and get upgraded to VIP MEMBER and then VVIP MEMBER and finally to ALL ACCESS based your spends and your number of visits defined brackets of each tier. As you level up, you’ll have access to exclusive benefits and discounts!

ALL ACCESS tiers members are not downgraded. But if you are the remaining tiers, you will be downgraded after 6 months if you don’t visit SOCIAL

There is no spend limit. The more you spend and visit, the more you get rewarded!

You can only use coupon rewards within Social on Dine-in.

INSIDER is your base tier level when you sign up for the first time. You are eligible for the following benefits.

  1. Flat 10% off on a minimum bill of Rs.1500.
  2. Flat 25% off if you visit within the next 7 days of your first visit.

You will receive a coupon at the beginning of your birthday month, which can be redeemed at any of our stores during that month.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Membership is non-transferable
  2. Member’s mobile number will be his/her/their unique identification number to access their membership
  3. Upon successful registration, members accept that the membership is governed by these terms & conditions and may be amended from time to time
  4. There is no membership fee for registration
  5. Some rewards are subject to change basis stock availability and will be replaced by rewards of either same or higher value
  6. To redeem your coupons, visit your neighbourhood SOCIAL. Scan the QR code on your table, login with your mobile number and redeem your available coupons
  7. Some offers can only be redeemed offline, please request the server for this and they will do the required
  8. The birthday offer is only available if you have previously shared your date of birth with us. We regularly send out profile completion forms to update your social profile. Once you share your details with us, the birthday offer will get unlocked and available to redeem via the QR code across all Social outlets
  9. The validity of coupons accumulated in any calendar year will vary for each coupon
  10. Only one coupon can be redeemed in one order
  11. Milestone offers are limited to one redemption per month.
  12. Coupons cannot be redeemed on discounted items or offers under offers and deals and package deals
  13. No coupon offers can be applied to the order if the service charge is removed.
  14. Loyalty coupon offers are not applicable on cash payments.
  15. If you use an offer from Swiggy or Zomato, no coupon offers from SOCIAL can be redeemed
  16. Periodic updates on the number of ‘coupons accumulated’ and ‘coupons nearing expiry’ shall be sent to members on their mobile numbers through text messages
  17.  The coupons, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member
  18. Above rewards cannot be claimed or accrued on corporate reservations (already at special pricing)
  19. The use of the privileges and associated benefits are deemed to be an acceptance of terms and conditions
  20. Management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all benefits forfeited without prior notice if the member:
    1. Breaches any membership terms and conditions
    2. Behaves in an unruly manner while on the premises
  21. All terms and conditions are subject to change as per the discretion of management
  22. We strictly adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to individuals under the legal drinking age, as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided. All guests who wish to avail any loyalty offer (with alcohol as a benefit) may be required to present valid identification as proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of legal drinking age.
  23. In compliance with government regulations, all beverages, including alcoholic drinks, purchased, or served at our restaurant must be consumed within the premises. Guests are not permitted to take bottles or any other alcoholic beverages outside the restaurant.
  24. Coupon offers cannot be redeemed at NESCO SOCIAL.
  25. Offers under The Social Club loyalty program will not be applicable on special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other designated dates. The final decision regarding the applicability of these offers will rest entirely with the respective outlet’s management.
